796 vs 794 About

Nick, Peter and Steven worked on a round about pattern based on a passing pattern where one side does 796 and the other side does 794. The sides of the pattern are not symmetrical so it felt pretty weird and was hard to keep track of. We were trying to carry the 7s in this variation.

Extra club 3 Leaf Clover Variations

I worked on two of the extra club 3 leaf variations with Luke, Mike, and Peter. To fit the extra club into the pattern we are doing double passes. This causes some complications with the timing so you have to change your timing when you walk into and out of the middle of the clover. This can be done with a self to the same hand or a double self. We are doing double self throws in the video.

In the slow version of the feed is one pass to the right, two to the middle and two to the left. This causes the extra club to go to the next feeder since they only return one of the clubs. The fast version of the pattern has one pass to the middle and one pass to the left. This makes the movement fast so you need to lead people through the middle.
